Our Offerings

Every organization has different health needs, culture, geography and demographics. That is why we offer two different ways of facilitating our programs so that you can choose what best suits your group.  All of our programs can be delivered on site or remotely.

  • Dedicated On-Site Programs:  We facilitate a dedicated program at your business location.
  • Distance Programs:  Your employees participate in our programs via phone or webinar along with people from other companies. We arrange payment with you and you offer them access to any of the programs listed on our Calendar throughout the year.  Class materials are delivered via email and classes are usually recorded in case registered participants are unable to attend.

The benefit of offering our distance programs is that you can offer a wider variety of wellness possibilities and people can choose what most directly benefits them.  You also only pay for the exact number of individuals attending the class, which is on average $10-$15.

What We Offer

Holistic Nutrition Classes & Coaching
We help people take real action towards creating delicious lifestyle changes. Our philosophy is that the body can heal itself of almost anything if you give it the right foods. We do not believe in diets, counting points, calories or grams of fat; but rather educating people on how to incorporate the foods that will help their specific health issues. 1-hour classes:

  • Nutrition 101:  What’s Food and What Isn’t Food. Do you know the difference?
  • Fats that Heal & Fats that Kill:  Canola or coconut?  Butter or margarine? 90% of people have it wrong and this is creating huge issues!

Group Coaching Programs:

  • Natural Cholesterol Management:  8-week program to help people understand what is at the core of their high cholesterol (it’s not about eating too much or eating foods high in cholesterol) and take weekly action towards enjoying more of the foods that help them naturally lower their cholesterol, manage their triglycerides and lower their blood pressure.
  • Natural Diabetes Management:  8-week program guiding people to make the shifts that will help them learn why they have trouble losing weight and how reversing the course of diabetes is a lot easier than they might imagine.  It’s about re-sensitizing their body to insulin and leptin and helping them overcome their sugar highs and lows.
  • Four Week Detox:  the increasingly toxic environment we live in is resulting in a myriad health issues – allergies, digestive issues, pain, aches, skin conditions, etc.  A four-week, nutritional cleanse helps the body reset itself and unload toxins that have been afflicting it.

Hypnosis for Smoking Cessation
This is a 3-session program that can be facilitated individually or in groups. We use hypnosis and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) in the quitting process to help participants reject smoking and create new behaviors that produce the same perceived benefits from smoking (i.e. calmness, relaxation, stimulation, etc.)

Emotional Health, Stress Management & Empowerment
These programs are based on our expertise in hypnosis, EFT and Neuro-Linguistic Programming, where we look at helping people create new patterns that allow them to better manage stress, manage their emotions and even quit smoking.   • Dealing with Compassion Fatigue: Recognizing and addressing helper’s burnout
  • Get Unstuck I:  Getting clear on what you really want and unleashing personal power to achieve it

  • Get Unstuck III: Changing your limiting beliefs

Multi-week programs:

  • Stress management: We often facilitate custom stress management programs where each week has a specific recommendation, tip or activity around stress management.  These programs often include workshops, meditation, email campaigns, etc.
